Cindy Wang is Vice President, Head of Treasury for Toyota Financial Services (TFS). She reports to Wei Shi, Group Vice President of Treasury, Business Intelligence, Analytics and Finance.
Wang joined TFS in 2005 as Treasury Liquidity Projects Manager. Prior to joining TFS, Wang had professional and managerial experience in tax, accounting, pension management, fixed income investments, and liquidity management. She leveraged her diverse experience and broad vision, and transformed enterprise cash management practices at TFS. The success led to her promotion to National Manager, Cash Management and Liquidity Projects in 2007.
Following her success in building and integrating a global, scalable, and flexible treasury infrastructure and transforming the entire treasury operations, she was promoted to Corporate Manager of Cash Management, Operations and Systems in 2010. In 2011, her responsibilities expanded to include Treasury Risk, and then again in 2013 to include Capital Markets, Derivatives and Rate Desk, and Sales and Trading.
Wang received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business from the University of California, Los Angeles, and her MBA in Finance and Investments from the University of Southern California in L.A. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
